Husband showed me this video, and it made me want to doodle some owls.

Doodle from this video with more experimentation in Manga Studio + the amazing Frenden brushes. Loving the hairpin sable!

Finn and Jake, lazy-river-style, for my friend, Niles’, Adventure Time themed art show.

The most important question that pops up in our house. Just messing around with the fantastic Wash brushes from Frenden and trying to understand Manga Studio more.

Now that crunch is over, I can start drawing again! Messing around with new brushes from Frenden and also trying to figure out Manga Studio 5. I’m already loving the feel of the brushes!

A couple weeks ago, my youngest sister graduated from college. I did a doodle of her for a custom chocolate bar wrapper my Mom wanted to give away for her grad party. She’s a Wildlife Conservation major and is going to be assisting in a couple sea turtle research projects including one in Costa Rica! How cool is that?!
A few weeks ago, my sister sent me this adorable video of baby sloths. We had this discussion on the silly appearance of sloths and how they move so slow that moss grows on them. So here’s a few quick sketches of overgrowth on a sloth.
