Here’s my drawing for this week’s Illustration Friday topic: Total. I interpreted ‘total’ as a summation or a complete entity. Since I always work on the computer, I figured I’d try my hand on ‘analog’ stuff like inks this week. Although I did add some Photoshop flat colors at the end, the actual drawing is done with ink. I drew a lot of inspiration from the song, “The Trapeze Swinger” by Iron and Wine. In fact, you’ll probably notice a lot of lyrics were directly translated into images.
Here’s my Illustration Friday submission for this week with the topic of wired. I am a big fan of free knowledge, but sometimes the daily consumption of information is too overwhelming. This is how I feel after a whole day of sitting in front of the PC trying to digest that info. 😉
Welcome to my new portfolio site, a change from last year’s design. There are still things being added content-wise, but for the most part this is the structure of my page. I decided to go with a monochrome theme this time around and integrate WordPress into my main page instead of Blogger.
At the moment, there seems to be some wonky things happening on my blog/home page, so please pardon the mess. I’m still trying to get a handle of integrating the CSS and PHP in. If you notice something bizarre, feel free to leave a comment or email me.

Edit: There were some funky things going on for those of you with IE 6.0, but with some special help from my friend, Tina, it should be resolved now. 😀
